Shipping

When you place a subscription order you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be dispatched within one working day and at 3 monthly intervals, unless otherwise advised. All orders are shipped using Australia Post. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent.

If you are in a residential area please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be delivered to you. If you are in a rural or remote area, it may take additional business days in the post.

Replacements

If you have any issues with your kit, please contact our customer service staff at info@monitoryou.com. We will arrange for the dispatch of a new sample collection kit if it is deemed appropriate.

Refunds

Once the sample collection kit has been shipped from MonitorYou, refunds cannot be offered. To cancel an order prior to shipment contact info@monitoryou.com
