How Our Monitoring Service Works

Step 1

Order your monitoring service online or access through a wellness program

To buy online, visit the MonitorYou online shop and order your subscription service through our online payment gateway or access through a wellness program. This service is only available for individuals over 18 years of age. If you're under 18 you will not be able to buy or use this service.

When you order your service you'll be asked to create an account, which allows you to view and track your order. We also need your details to create the service request form that will be posted to you with your sample collection kit at regular intervals.

Step 2

Collect and return your sample

Follow the instructions provided in your sample collection kit to collect your sample in the convenience of your own home. Watch this video for a guide to collecting your MonitorYou sample.

Return your sample with the completed and signed Service Request Form in the pre-paid envelope via regular mail.

Once your sample arrives at our quality controlled Australian laboratory, you'll be sent an email to let you know it's now being processed.

We respect your privacy and will handle your results with utmost confidentiality.

Step 3

View your results

When your results are ready, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to access your information through our secure website. If any of your results are considered to be high risk, our Medical Officer will be in contact to discuss them with you.

Over time, as we analyse your samples, your results will be collected together in tables and graphs. You will be able to see at a glance how your biomarker levels are changing over time, making it easier for you to monitor and manage your health.

Step 4

Make Lifestyle improvements

Making positive changes to your diet and lifestyle will help to maintain and improve your health. Your MonitorYou results will help you understand if the choices you are making are having a positive impact. We will send you a new sample collection kit at regular intervals to help you stay on track. Our service helps you on your journey to better health.
